Pieces of tissue paper are crumbled to represent the blossoms and the leaves of the Forsythia. Crumbling these bits of paper are hand strengthening. |
Students used "dobbers" and markers as design mediums. |
Dobbers require hand/eye coordination as well as pressure control. |
Students were asked to draw 5 stems for the blossoms. Counting and drawing, drawing and counting. |
The tops to the dobbers can be tricky to both open and close and are a good exercise for tiny hands. |
