Peanut Butter and Jelly Partnerships

This week children chose to be either Peanut Butter or Jelly characters to determine who they will be reading with and who they will engage in Turn and Talk partnerships with.

First we learned how to Buddy Read by choosing one book, placing the book between us and then taking turns telling each other the story.

Once children developed proficiency, they were ready to be assigned partnerships.
